Therapy can be like going on an emotional journey together in which I will use an eclectic combination of clinical theories and techniques to help guide my work. I believe that the lack of emotional awareness and avoiding uncomfortable emotions can cause harm to our mind, body, and soul. My hope is to help you get to know yourself better and learn how to step into your whole authentic self. In this journey of life, therapy can serve as a guide to help you be mindful of your own experiences, future aspirations, as well as identify inner resources and strengths to begin towards the path of peace, hope, and healing.
